Paying for your therapy sessions using the fee-for-service method is best. It is the only way to ensure complete confidentiality of our sessions. It is also the best value because time is devoted to working with you, rather than administrative/insurance responsibilities. The fees for services are as follows: $175 -- Initial Intake Assessment (80 minutes) $110 -- Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes) $110 -- Couples Therapy Session (50 minutes) $110 -- Family Therapy Session (50 minutes) $175 -- Extended Therapy Session (80 minutes) *Plus an additional 3.6% processing fee for credit card transactions.
Fee Agreement and Payment
Payment for your session is collected at the time your appointment is scheduled. Accepted forms of payment include: cash, credit, debit, HSA, or FSA cards. Your payment information will be securely saved for future purchases.This process maintains your privacy and ensures that the optimal time is devoted to working on your behalf. *Please note that credit card transactions will incur a 3.6% processing fee.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, this must be done no later than 24 hours prior to the start of your session. You are welcome to email, text, call, or message your therapist if you need to cancel and/or reschedule a session.
**Again, please be aware that you will be charged in full for appointments missed without at least 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
